The METP Book hasp_ been published for the programme's closing events and an electronic version can be downloaded here (password protected for METP alumni only, please use Adobe Reader to open the downloaded pdf file). The book features professional profiles of over 400 alumni, hundreds of photos and articles of the manifold activities, travels, work and fun that participants shared during the years. Serious analyses can be found in the book as well as personal accounts and entertaining insights into METP in China and Europe.

An in-depth impact survey hasp_ been commissioned by METP, based on responses from participants and alumni to a wide-ranging questionnaire. The survey assesses METP's impact in terms of learning outcomes and reactions to training, knowledge exchange, social and human capital as well as career development and aspirations. An expert team of academics from Manchester Metropolitan University Business School carried out the survey from late 2010 to March 2011. It is based on nearly 250 responses from METP participants and also provides a rich picture of participants' backgrounds and careers.
